Fratelli Pagani S.p.A. means “evolution in tradition”. In this perspective, in 2004 the Pagani Chef line was born with a clear mission: to introduce in the Italian market a refined “Gourmet” preparation technique and to promote in the world the concept of the traditional butcher’s shop.
Over the years, the horizon of Pagani Chef products has grown to reach international borders and new sectors, extending from the original Target – the butchers’ shops -reaching: Supermarkets, fresh food markets, restaurants, and fish shops.
- Italian marinades: Our line consists of 4 Italian creamy marinades. We created authentic Made in Italy recipes to enhance meat and seafood flavor during preparation by ensuring brightness after cooking. Our Italian marinades add a rich flavor to unique gourmet dishes and create surprising solutions.
- Rub Pagani Chef Line: Our Rub Line offers a complete range of spices, dried herbs, salt, and brown sugar. It varies from sweet to balanced to the tastiest flavours.
